Join us for an immersive sound journey designed to help you slow down and reset.
You’ll be guided through a rich landscape of sound created by the seven pure rose quartz and crystal bowls, the multi-dimensional symphonic Gong and a blend of other instruments. These resonant tones gently soften the nervous system and invite the body into a state of deep rest and balance.
As you rest in the sound, many experience a sense of release, clarity, and renewal. It's sort of like pressing a reset button for your whole system.
Bring a yoga or exercise mat, along with any pillows or blankets, to create a cozy space for optimum coziness, comfort and support, while resting on the floor. Chairs will be available for those who prefer them.
